I had a radiator leak and could not drive my car without it overheating. I was able to drive to Kinney’s Automotive and left them with my car. No had never been here before, but they have been around for a while and they had some good reviews and I didn’t have a choice other than to have my car towed. Glad I stopped here. Tim was nice and realistic about the time it would take to check out the car. They did get my car checked out and fixed in 3 days. I felt the time and the price were both reasonable.

Outstanding Service – Problem Solved with Persistence, Skill, and Great Communication I brought my truck in due to a frustrating battery drain issue, and the team went above and beyond to get it resolved. The electrical problem was complex and gave them a tough time, but they never gave up. Louis, the technician, came up with a truly genius solution that ultimately got to the root of the issue and fixed it. Erick at the front desk was calm, courteous, and incredibly professional—exactly the kind of person you want answering the phone when you’re stressed about your vehicle. What really stood out was their excellent communication throughout the process. They kept me updated with progress calls every step of the way, which gave me peace of mind and showed they genuinely cared. In the end, not only was the problem solved, but the price was more than fair. I highly recommend this shop to anyone dealing with car issues—they’ve earned my trust and future business

Had to get spark plugs, belts hoses, shock and strut replacements for all 4 sides… Thes guys are fast, I didnt have to wait a week. They didnt nickle and dime me on price, very reasonable. Really nice guys, I’m glad to have finally found a local mechanic that I can trust.

If you want honest, dependable, and customer-first service, Kinney’s Tire & Auto with Car Concepts is the place to go — and Eric is the person you need to work with. My engine had gone out and required major repair. I also had a warranty from a previous Car Concepts shop, but there had been changes in their system and it was very difficult to get documentation. Even before I brought my vehicle to Kinney’s, Eric stepped in on my behalf. He represented Car Concepts with professionalism and integrity, going the extra mile to help me navigate the process — and he did all of this without me paying him a dollar or technically involving Car Concepts in the actual repair at that point. That level of commitment to the customer is almost unheard of. Once the vehicle was moved to Kinney’s Tire & Auto, Eric continued to shine. He not only helped manage the transfer but also took responsibility for coordinating all the logistics between multiple operators — including the engine warranty provider, O’Reilly’s Automotive, the previous shop, and Kinney’s itself. He ensured everything ran smoothly so that my vehicle could be properly cared for at Kinney’s, which was where I wanted the work completed. Eric’s ability to juggle all of these moving pieces while keeping me informed and respected as a customer was extraordinary. He combined technical knowledge, clear communication, and genuine concern for my best outcome. In short, Eric didn’t just do his job — he went above and beyond at every single step, showing a level of service and advocacy that is rare in the automotive industry. I can honestly say Eric is one of the best professionals I have ever worked with in any field. His dedication, respect, and customer-first mindset make him an invaluable asset to Car Concepts and Kinney’s Tire & Auto. After inspecting my front and rear brakes for no cost, they quoted me a price. I could not leave the car that day, but came back the next week and asked them to replace rear brake pads and rotors per their quote. They sent me a text with the invoice and left a voicemail letting me know the car was ready. The invoice did not match the quote, but they thanked me for pointing this difference out and wound up charging me a little less than the original quote. Customer service with a smile and appreciation for doing business with them. We'll be back!

Don't let the name fool you, they do a lot more. Big rigs, even. They're slightly below average on price but very professional in their work. It took me 75 minutes to get a state inspection and oil change.

Kinney’s Auto is the best around! Took my Tesla model S in for an alignment and they got me in and out within a few hours with no extra nonsense or sales pitches. They asked a few questions about what issues I was having and got the job done. Tesla service wanted to charge me a lot more for the same service. They have great service and prices. I plan to take all of my family’s cars to this shop from now on.

Had a flat near their garage and was near closing. I showed up and they took me in last minute in an they fixed my tire with a professionally installed plug at a very reasonable price. Tire has never loss pressure since, like new. Great job guys! Thank you.
